We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in beautiful surroundings. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious and clean room, comfy bed and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff, both at reception and in the restaurant for breakfast, were friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal, with convenient transportation options nearby, including bus stations and a tram station just a few minutes away. We also enjoyed the close proximity to a local pub for delicious food.
Almost perfect - couldn't find any negatives.

I had a truly lovely stay at The Jubilee Hotel & Conferences. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality bedding and pillows. The breakfast served in the morning was delicious and had a great variety of options. The staff, especially the barman on Saturday 27 Oct '18, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in organizing a taxi. I was truly impressed with their excellent service.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional! I couldn't believe how affordable the prices were, especially considering the location within the University Campus. The beautiful grounds added to the overall charm of the hotel, making it a pleasant place to stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The basic amenities in the rooms were just what I needed, with comfortable beds ensuring a good night's sleep. And let's not forget the breakfast! It was delicious and definitely set me up for the day.
That the rooms could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness, as there were cobwebs clearly visible.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and attended to our every need. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a clean, modern bathroom. the hotel had a fantastic location, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. We enjoyed exploring the area and were grateful for the convenience. Another advantage was the delicious breakfast buffet offered each morning. The variety of options and the quality of the food exceeded our expectations.
Although our overall experience at the hotel was fantastic, we did have a few minor issues. the Wi-Fi signal was not very strong in our room, which made it difficult to connect to the internet.

Everything was perfect, hip new hotel, the location was perfect just next door to buses, hospital. The room was cosy, bright with comfortable beds.

The hotel had a lovely outlook from the bar over the water, providing a nice atmosphere. It was also close enough to the city centre and in an area where people were trying to sleep. The front of house staff and breakfast team provided amazing service, with some of the best service ever received. Additionally, the hotel had clean and comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast.
The hotel lacked atmosphere and could do with improving the seating area to encourage more guests.
